Book Review *non-spoiler*

Burn For Burn (Burn for Burn #1)
by: Jenny Han & Siobhan Vivian

Short summary:
Burn for Burn is about 3 very different high school girls, Mary, Lillia and Kat. Each girl have been wronged in their own way and even though they are not friends, decide to team up to plot revenge on their enemies. Supernatural elements do appear in this book.

My thoughts:
I was actually surprised how much I ended up enjoying this novel. These girls perspectives were great and highly realistic sounding.  I loved all 3 of the girls and somewhat understood where they were coming from. There was a bit of over dramatized scenes, but of course, they're 17, 18 year old girls, so that's to be expected. The supernatural elements were kind of strange, but pleasant surprise, alongside the story. All in all, I highly enjoyed this book not withholding its more juvenile roots. I recommend this book, more so, if you enjoy drama like gossip girl, withholding, the over reached dramatizations.
